We are hiring experienced 3rd-Shift CNC Machine Operators to join our talented team in Lancaster, PA.

CNC Machine Operators are responsible for setting up and operating various machines to support our fabrication process. Along with machine centers, team members may be assigned to fabrication tasks periodically. Our operations include Mazak & Fryer machining centers, MG oxy & MG Titan burning machines, CNC punch, Rojar milling machine, brake press, and Gemini burning/drilling machining center.

Shift Details: 3rd shift works Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (shift ends on Friday at 7:00 AM). We offer a generous shift differential of 25% of base salary.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Previous machining experience with lathe, mill, or CNC machining centers.
• Experience in setting offsets and tooling for first-piece inspection.
• Familiarity with XYZ axes on machining centers.
• Ability to machine compound tapers and end mills is desired.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (jib and overhead cranes) with proper lifting techniques.
• Accurate layout and measuring skills are preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading machines with first-piece checks and documentation.
• Performing burning, punching, drilling, grinding, and assisting with brake operations, material handling, or other tasks.
• Using portable grinders to rough grind burrs, scale, or welds on structural steel parts.
• Using hand lift trucks, overhead cranes, or hoists to move or position products.
