Position Overview

We are hiring experienced 3rd-Shift CNC Machine Operators to join our talented team in Lancaster, PA. CNC Machine Operators are responsible for setting up and operating various machines to support our fabrication process, including Mazak & Fryer machining centers, MG oxy & MG Titan burning machines, CNC punch, Rojar milling machine, Brake press, and Gemini burning/drilling machining center.

Shift Details

Work Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM. The shift ends on Fridays at 7:00 AM. We offer a generous shift differential of 25% of the base salary.

Qualifications

• Previous machining experience with lathes, mills, or CNC machining centers.
• Experience in setting offsets and tooling for first piece inspection.
• Familiarity with XYZ axes on machining centers.
• Ability to machine compound tapers and end mills is desired.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (jib and overhead cranes) with proper lifting techniques.
• Accurate layout and measuring experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload machines with first piece checks and documentation.
• Perform burning, punching, drilling, grinding, and helper operations.
• Operate portable grinders for finishing steel parts.
• Use cranes or hoists for lifting and positioning products.
