Job Description:

Seeking a Machinist for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. Looking for experience in Rework PCB assembly and 3D Printing Machinist history on resume. Entry-level experience is acceptable if programming from 3D models; otherwise, multiple years of experience are required for higher rates.

Job Details:

• Location: Chelmsford, MA
• Shift: Day shift, Full-Time (M-TH) 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with possibility for Overtime
• PPE Required: Steel Toes

What You'll Do:

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instructions and drawings.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly processes, and work instructions.
• Select and install cutting tools, adjust machine settings, and monitor machining processes.
• Set up and operate precision machine tools to produce original parts and mechanisms.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Maintain accurate data related to production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Basic computer skills for navigating digital systems.
• Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
• Familiarity with CAD and CAM software, with entry-level programming from engineering models.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures and machine equipment.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Safety shoes are required for this position.
