Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time — CNC Machining

Shift: 2nd Shift (4x10s) — Overtime Available

Work Authorization: U.S. person status required (ITAR compliance)

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for dedicated CNC Machinists (Levels I - II) to join our precision machining team in Concord, New Hampshire. These roles offer opportunities to develop your skills on CNC mills, lathes, and conversational programming using software like Surfcam and Mastercam. From entry-level to intermediate, you’ll play a key role in our advanced CNC operations.

Pay Ranges

CNC Machinist I: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
CNC Machinist II: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

CNC Machinist I (Entry-Level CNC Operator)
Perform basic to moderately complex CNC machining tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models.
Operate CNC mills and CNC lathes; assist in machine setups.
Use precision measuring tools to ensure part quality.
Basic 2D/3D programming in Surfcam or Mastercam.

CNC Machinist II (Intermediate CNC Setup & Programming)
Perform intermediate to complex CNC machining and programming.
Edit and optimize existing CNC programs for efficiency.
Design and build custom fixtures; calculate speeds and feeds.
Mentor and train CNC Machinist I team members.
Assist in quoting and estimating time and materials for CNC jobs.

What We’re Looking For

CNC Machinist I: 1+ year of CNC experience; ability to read and interpret blueprints.
CNC Machinist II: 2+ years of CNC experience; strong programming skills.
️ High School Diploma or GED required; machining certificate or degree preferred.
️ Proficiency in Surfcam, Mastercam, and ERP systems (for Machinist II level).

Work Environment
  • Standing and walking for extended periods in a precision CNC machine shop.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly (team lifts for heavier items).
  • Exposure to moderate-to-high noise, metalworking fumes, and vibrations.
  • PPE provided.
