• 5+ years of advanced machining experience.
• Strong CNC programming skills and Fanuc controls familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and operation of complex CNC/multi-axis machining centers.
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for efficiency and quality.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications.
• Determine tooling strategies and work holding solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex machining issues and drive corrective actions.
• Perform advanced inspections and support root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support NPI with Engineering.
• Train and mentor Machinist I and II; develop standard work.

Job Description:Job Summary:The Machinist III is a highly skilled technician who leads complex machining operations, including advanced CNC programming, setup optimization, and process improvement for Lathes and Milling.
