You will monitor operations, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with engineering and QA to troubleshoot and improve processes. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CNC machining experience, ability to read blueprints, experience with CNC programming, and familiarity with precision measurement

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as CNC Machinist or similar manufacturing role.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with CNC programming and operation, including G-code.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines according to drawings and specs.
• Program CNC machines using G-code to produce precise parts.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality control to improve processes.
• Maintain production records and report deviations or defects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the workspace clean.
