Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Conduct in‑process inspections to ensure parts meet specs.
• Verify dimensions with precision measuring tools and ensure tolerances.
• Edit and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle time and tool life.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality system requirements.
