Job summary

Twin Disc – Racine, WI is seeking a CNC machinist for 2nd shift to set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure precision measurements. You will contribute to producing high-quality parts in a collaborative team.

Starting pay ranges from $30.02 to $43.43 per hour, including a 10% shift premium, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, HSA, tuition reimbursement, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years CNC machining experience on lathes, mills, drilling or grinding.
• Blueprint reading and precise measurement skills.
• Willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
• Setup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.).
• Read blueprints and perform precision measurements.
• Use gauges and inspection tools.
• Produce high-quality parts in a team environment.
