Twin Disc – Racine, WI is seeking hands-on CNC machinists to set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, reading blueprints and performing precision measurements. You’ll work in a team to produce high-quality parts and learn advanced machining techniques.

Starting pay ranges from $30.02/hr to $43.43/hr (includes 10% shift premium) plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. 2nd shift runs 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with full benefits and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of CNC machining experience (lathes, mills, drilling, grinding).
• Setup experience (desired).
• Mechanical/technical experience and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• We’ll train, if you’re willing to learn.
