Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Level 1 CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift in West St. Louis County to support the Machining Department in producing precision components.

You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, interpret blueprints, monitor feeds and speeds, and perform in-process inspections to ensure blueprint conformance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CNC machining experience or completed a technical/trade program, owns basic machinist tools (calipers, micrometers, deburring tools),

• 2+ years CNC machining experience or completion of a technical/trade school program.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications.
• Must have own basic machinist tools (calipers, micrometers, deburring tools, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.

CNC Machinist Level 1 – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Level 1 CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Machining Department supporting production of high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a dependable work ethic, which will align successfully in this team-oriented environment.

Job Title: CNC Machinist Level 1 (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: West St. Louis County (centrally located)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:20 PM – 1:50 AM
Shift Differential: 10% shift premium
Pay Range: $26 – $30/hour depending on experience for 2nd shift
