Manpower, Inc. in West St. Louis County, MO, is seeking a Level 1 CNC Machinist for a 1st shift (Temp-to-Hire). You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, interpret blueprints, and produce precision components.

The role requires 2+ years CNC experience or a technical program, plus ownership of basic machinist tools and strong mechanical aptitude. Overtime may be available in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience or completion of a technical/trade school program.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications.
• MUST have own basic machinist tools (calipers, micrometers, deburring tools, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

CNC Machinist Level 1 - 1st Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Level 1 CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Machining Department supporting production of high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a dependable work ethic, which will align successfully in this team-oriented environment.

Job Title: CNC Machinist Level 1 (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: West St. Louis County (centrally located)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $24 – $28/hour depending on experience for 1st shift

What You’ll Do
