Job summary

CNC Machinist role available in the Dayton, OH area focusing on second shift operations. You will set up and operate machine tools, load tooling, deburr and finish parts, drill and ream holes, and perform G-Code programming to meet exact specifications.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of CNC experience, ability to program G-Code, and acceptable math skills such as trigonometry. SURFCAM or WorkNC is a plus; strong verbal and written communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working as a CNC Machinist.
• Ability to perform G-Code programming.
• SURFCAM or WorkNC preferred, not required.
• Ability to work 2nd shift.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload machine tooling.
• Deburr, polish, and file finished parts.
• Drill, tap, counter bore, and ream holes.
• Perform G-Code programming.
• Follow machine schedules and machine time.
• Read and understand blueprints.
