As a CNC Machinist, you will machine component parts for mechanical tensioning tools, following technical drawings, operation sheets, and company policies. You will measure machined parts, adjust equipment, monitor tool wear, and participate in continuous improvement activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Our facility is located in Clinton, PA near Pittsburgh Airport. Relocation is not offered for this position.

Your profile includes:

• Adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions
• Using measurement tools like calipers and thread gauges
• Machine setup and operation
• Collaboration with engineers and production staff
• Maintaining accurate manufacturing data in ERP
• Managing tooling and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
• Cross-training on multiple machines
• Participating in Lean/5S initiatives

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of CNC machining experience or equivalent

Eligibility:

• Willing to work 2nd shift
• Willing to commute as scheduled
• Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience with Swiss lathe and milling
• Analytical skills and proficiency in technical drawings
• Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize
