Job summary

TECOMET is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience in Windham, NH. You will operate CNC machines, set up tooling, and produce machined parts within tight tolerances while following GMP/GDP and Tecomet's continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities include performing manual offsets, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality through OOQ standards. You will contribute to safety, documentation, and productivity improvements in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Ability to operate, set up and maintain CNC machines.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines per work instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC work with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets as needed.
• Ensure quality using OOQ standards and measuring tools.
• Maintain PM schedule and document activity in tracking system.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Identify and address safety, health, and environmental issues.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity targets.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping in work area.
