Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years CNC machining experience.
• Experience with precision tolerances and multiple metals.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances following drawings and instructions.
• Perform difficult CNC work with close tolerances on a variety of parts.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets as needed for tooling wear.
• Ensure quality using operator owned quality (OOQ) and measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per PM checklist and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow GMP/GDP practices and complete job routers/cards.
• Work safely to minimize risks and report safety issues.
• Meet productivity targets and identify improvements.
• Record activities in the job-tracking system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and escalate issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
