Job summary

Emerson RIDGID Products in Virginia is hiring a Machine Operator for second shift (3p-11p) and third shift (11p-7a). You will operate conventional and CNC production machines, perform deburring, inspect parts, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Familiarity with variety of CNC machines and controls.

Responsibilities

• Operates conventional and CNC production machines (winders, milling, drill presses, lathes, saws, grinders, welders).
• Performs sanding, deburring and other finishing to meet quality standards.
• Understands material hardness, cutting tools, speeds/feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques.
