Qualifications

• Knowledge of measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Experience with CNC machine set-up and tear down.
• Able to read engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally.
• Complete forklift certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate numerically controlled CNC machining equipment to meet finish requirements.
• Select tooling and set up vises and fixtures to run parts.
• Check stock to ensure sufficient inventory to complete the job.
• Interpret engineering drawings to verify specifications.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
