Job summary

Twin Disc in Racine, WI is hiring for CNC machinists. 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Starting pay: $26.50/hour, up to $38.00/hour, with performance bonuses and opportunities to learn on real-world projects.

You will set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, use gauges and inspection tools, and produce high-quality parts in a team environment. We offer full benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holidays, and training to build a lasting career.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of CNC machining experience (lathes, mills, drilling, grinding).
• Setup experience (desired).
• Mechanical/technical experience and willingness to learn.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• We'll train, if you're willing to learn.
