Job summary

Twin Disc, Incorporated in Racine, WI is seeking a CNC Machinist for 1st shift to set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure precision parts. 1st shift runs 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with competitive pay and benefits.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of CNC experience, blueprint-reading skills, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided to build expertise across multiple machine types and applications, including government and industrial equipment.

• Setup experience (desired).
• Mechanical/technical experience and willingness to learn.

1st Shift:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.)


• Read blueprints and perform precision measurements


• Use gauges and inspection tools


• Produce high-quality parts in a team environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of CNC machining experience (lathes, mills, drilling, grinding)

What You Will Learn
