Machinist – 1st Shift | High Pay, 4-Day Workweek, & Day-One Benefits!

Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $24.00 - $41.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 4-Day Workweek | 10-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend = 4 Days Off!

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, horizontal mills, portable equipment, VTLs).
Read & interpret blueprints to determine machining operations and tolerances.
Measure, mark, and verify dimensions using precision tools.
Troubleshoot & adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality.
Work on complete assemblies & repairs, ensuring proper fit and function.
Collaborate with engineers & production teams to solve machining challenges.

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of machining experience (Journeyman certification preferred).
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, setup, and machining principles.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical demands of machining work.
Self-motivated & detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
