• 5+ years of CNC machining experience with parts from 5” to 15” diameter.
• Skilled in using various inspection gauges for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Horizontal Mills and Lathes to produce precision parts.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers and calipers for quality control.

Job description

Experienced CNC Horizontal Mill and Lathes Operator
Location: Cleveland, OH
Shift: 2nd (2:30 PM to 11 PM, Monday – Friday, with OT as needed)
Pay: $21.51 to start, increasing to $24 after training/review

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate CNC Horizontal Mills and Lathes
2. Load/unload components into fixtures manually or using overhead hoists
3. Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, bore gauges, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

1. CNC machining experience (5” to 15” diameter parts)
2. Proficiency in using inspection gauges
3. Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
4. Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays
5. Must pass a pre-employment screening
