Job summary

Plansee Group in Franklin, USA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate 5-axis machines (Kiwa and Okuma) with Fanuc controls, reading blueprints and GD&T.

You will contribute to multi-machine operations, interpret G and M codes, edit simple programs, and ensure precise measurements with CMMs and other equipment. This hourly role offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 with Kiwa/Okuma machines and Fanuc controls.
• Set up and operate horizontal and vertical 5-axis CNC mills.
• Read blueprints and GD&T; understand G/M codes; simple edits possible.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or 3 Machine types Kiwa and Okuma, with Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Ability to set- up and operate Horizontal and Vertical, 5 - Axis CNC machines.
• Ability to contribute to Multi machines operation.
• Ability to understand Blueprints and GD&T.
• Fluent in using all types of measuring equipment form hand tools to CMM and Optical comparators.
• Read and understand G and M codes.
• Ability to perform simple program edits as needed.
• Must be able to set up complex jobs using work instructions or guides.
