Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills in a fast-paced shop in Mason, OH. You will read complex blueprints, apply GD&T, and ensure parts meet exact specifications using Fanuc, Tosnuc, Mazatrol controls along with Haas, Hurco, Toshiba, and Shibaura machines.

The role emphasizes precision, safety, and adherence to ISO and AS9100 standards in a production environment with opportunities for overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years using G&M coding for CNC programming.
• Hands-on experience with CNC lathes and mills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines per specs.
• Read blueprints and plans to determine machining processes.
• Apply GD&T to ensure parts meet tolerances.
• Use CNC controls (Fanuc, Tosnuc, Mazatrol) effectively.
• Operate Haas, Hurco, Toshiba, and Shibaura machines as needed.
• Maintain safety and ISO/AS9100 quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to resolve machining issues.
