LeoForce is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in a permanent, full-time role. You will set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines, read blueprints, ensure quality through GD&T, and collaborate with engineering to improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC machines and milling machines.
  • Extensive knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • CNC programming experience is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines and milling machines to produce high-quality parts and materials.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately produce parts.
  • Perform regular maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tools, and ensure their optimal working condition.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and overall product quality.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Train junior machinists and operators, imparting valuable skills and knowledge.
