Job summary

Precinmac is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for night shift in Westfield, MA. The role requires setting up CNC machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring tight tolerances on high‑precision components.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of machining experience.
• Proficient with Fanuc CNC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Strong knowledge of precision machining techniques and dimensional inspection.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines, load and secure parts, verify programs, adjust offsets, and perform minor edits.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T, ensuring tight tolerances.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges; document results.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot, and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervision, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to improve processes.

We are hiring for multiple disciplines, including Horizontal Boring Mill Machinists, Vertical Mill Machinists, and Lathe Machinists.
