Schedule: Monday thru Thursday from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, we offer 15% differential for this schedule
Salary Range: $25.00 To $43.00 Hourly

Advance Mfg. is currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our night‑shift team. We are hiring for multiple disciplines, including Horizontal Boring Mill Machinists, Vertical Mill Machinists, and Lathe Machinists. CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for various materials and operations
• Document production data, inspection results, and any deviations according to company/quality requirements
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve machining challenges and improve processes
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of machining experience
• Proven ability to machine complex, high‑precision components
• Proficiency with Fanuc CNC controls
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
• Strong knowledge of precision machining techniques, tooling, and dimensional inspection
• Ability to maintain tight tolerances and meet strict quality standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
