Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Fairport, NY

Summary:We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists for a well-established manufacturing facility in Fairport, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a 4-day workweek (Fridays off). Candidates must have set-up experience (not just button-pushing), the ability to read precision measurement tools, and be comfortable working with computers and decimal-based measurements.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Pay: $22.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mill and lathe machines

• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges for precision measurement

• Operate with minimal supervision and follow detailed work instructions

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (set-up required)

• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and measurement tools

• Comfortable using computers and working with decimals

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
