Job Summary
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for transforming client specifications into high-precision components. You’ll ensure smooth machine operations and uphold our commitment to quality through attention to detail and machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set Up: Select and mount necessary fixtures, tools, and attachments for each job.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers and supervisors to align product plans with specifications.
• Precision: Adjust machine settings (speed, tooling, cutting styles) for accurate parts.
• Quality Control: Monitor the cutting process to ensure product quality and identify issues early.
• Machine Maintenance: Oversee machine care, including temperature control and routine maintenance.
• Final Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency in finished products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC machine experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC lathes and mills, with the ability to read blueprints and interpret G-code.
• Experience with CNC programming and software.
• Skilled in using measuring tools to maintain close tolerances.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must own tools and have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
