Job summary

Uniloy is seeking a skilled Machinist for our 2nd shift to operate CNC and manual machine tools, producing precision parts for machines and tools. The role focuses on tight tolerances, calibrated measurements, and maintaining process quality.

You will review drawings, set up machines, load materials, and monitor operations to ensure accuracy. Experience with 5-axis machines is required, along with reading blueprints and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate machines and position or load material for a job.
• Monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain temperature and identify issues.
• Determine and program size of batches and speed of machine.
• Monitor output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
• 5 axis experience.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Machinist repairs and produces parts using both manual and automated equipment with precise measurements. The machinists' goal is to ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures.

2nd Shift (3pm-1am)
