Klineind is looking for a CNC machinist based in Holland, Michigan. The role involves operating computer numerical control machines and performing essential tasks such as setting up tooling, loading parts, and ensuring machine operation. Candidates must have at least three years of relevant experience and the ability to read blueprints.
The position offers a structured work schedule with first and second shifts available. Familiarity with Mazak machines and programming is preferred. Safety and organization in the work environment are mandatory.
Train on First Shift (Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm) then transition to Second Shift (Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:30am).
The CNC machinist operates computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. The CNC machinist performs set up tasks, loads parts in the machine, cycles machine and detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.
