Washington Equipment Manufacturing Company, Inc. (WEMCO, Inc.) is a contract manufacturer that specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of productivity enhancing solutions, such as overhead cranes for material handling, automated aerospace tooling and parts, agricultural equipment, and custom machinery used in multiple industries around the world.
Under the general direction of the Machine Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operation of a CNC Mill. As a machinist, you will load parts into the machine, operate the machine, and detect any malfunctions that may arise throughout machine operation.

The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds with the assistance of overhead cranes. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand, walk, use fine finger manipulation, use hands to handle and grasp, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb and balance, bend, stoop, twist, and/or crouch. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
