CNC Programmer (Mill/Lathe) Machinist (Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer (Mill/Lathe) Machinist to join our team. The position requires training in California for one week at the start; all travel costs will be covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program, operate, and set up CNC Mill/Lathe machines with precision and efficiency.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
3. Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality production standards.
4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
5. Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a CNC Mill/Lathe Programmer, with 5+ years preferred.
2. Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and blueprint reading.
3. Ability to set up and operate CNC machines independently.
4. Proficiency with Mazak machines is preferred.
5. Knowledge of G-code is required.
6. Experience with MasterCam programming software is a plus.
7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
