We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery, including lathes and milling machines, and will be responsible for producing precision parts according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

1. Operate CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components.
2. Set up and adjust machine tools according to specifications.
3. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
4. Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to inspect finished products for accuracy.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, including experience with lathe machine operations.
3. Knowledge of tooling techniques and Lean manufacturing practices is advantageous.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
5. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
