Job summary

Fathom Mfg in Round Rock, TX is seeking a CNC Machinist for full-time, hands-on work operating CNC vertical machining centers and horizontal lathes. You will conduct MDI programming, read 2‑D drawings, and inspect parts with gauges to ensure quality.

• Collaborate with team to resolve technical issues.

Salary Range: $25.00 To $35.00 Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Operation of CNC vertical machining centers
• Setup and Operation of horizontal lathes
• MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using

• Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
• Observe all company quality and safety procedures
• Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
• Participates in Lean manufacturing events

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Associate degree in a relevant field or (3+) years of experience
