Job summary

Fathom Digital Manufacturing, Centex Machine division, seeks an experienced CNC Milling Machinist for 1st shift to set up and run milling centers, ensuring precision parts and in-line quality. You will program MDI with G-code, inspect parts with gauges, and read 2‑D drawings with GD&T. Join a collaborative team dedicated to Lean and 6S practices.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and good communication in English; Mazak programming is a plus.

Centex Machine by Fathom is looking for an outstanding Milling machinist candidate for our 1st shift to continue to grow and expand our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and Operation of CNC Milling machine centers
• MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using G-code editing
• Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
• Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings
• Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
• Observe all company quality and safety procedures
• Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
• Participates in Lean and 6S manufacturing events
