Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Monadnock Region, New Hampshire, is recruiting 20+ CNC Machinists across all experience levels. Openings include several shift patterns with sign-on bonuses up to $5,000. You’ll train on advanced machinery and have opportunities to lead and mentor others as you grow your skills.

Applicants should have at least one year of hands-on CNC machining experience and be able to work from drawings, set up machines, and solve problems on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Experience with 3-, 4- or 5-axis machines is welcome; training provided.
• Ability to mentor or train other machinists and work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Make precision components from technical drawings and specs.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot CNC machines and verify quality.
• Check finished parts meet standards and assist in training others.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving on the shop floor.

You don’t need to know them all: you’ll receive training and have the chance to work on advanced equipment, including machinery found nowhere else in the United States.You’ll make precision components, work from technical drawings and check that finished parts meet the required standards.
