Round Peg Solutions is hosting a Careers Day in Laconia, NH for an Entry Level Machine Operator role. You will receive fully paid training to manufacture precision components for aerospace and other specialist industries and will learn to operate precision machinery safely.

There is no prior machining experience required; candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. 2nd/3rd shifts available with premiums and a sign-on bonus.

We are looking for dependable individuals who are motivated to learn and interested in building a career in precision manufacturing.THE OPPORTUNITYMachine Operator – Entry LevelStarting Pay: $21.49–$26.33 per hour, plus applicable shift premiums and monthly bonus.Experienced machinists may be considered for rates of up to $30 per hour.A 3.5% pay increase will also take effect on 1 November 2026, with annual pay negotiations through the union.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Machine Operator, you will receive fully paid training to develop the skills needed to manufacture precision components used in aerospace and other specialist industries.Your responsibilities will include:Learning how to operate precision manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.Producing components to strict quality and dimensional requirements.Inspecting finished parts using measuring equipment.Following manufacturing instructions, quality procedures and safety standards.Working with experienced machinists to develop your technical knowledge and practical skills.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Previous manufacturing experience is not essential.
