Job summary

Jobot is partnering with an Ohio-based manufacturer in Parma Heights to recruit a skilled CNC Machinist for an on-site, permanent role. You will operate CNC machines, inspect parts, and support safe, efficient production in a high-quality environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with grinders, saws, forklifts, and precision measuring tools, perform pre-operation checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Operates CNC machines and monitors manufacturing equipment following procedures.
• Performs dimensional/visual inspections with precision tools.
• Conducts pre-operation checks and basic machine adjustments.
• Maintains clean, safe production environment per standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors CNC machines and various manufacturing equipment following established procedures and training.
• Uses industrial tools, including grinders, saws, forklifts, and other powered machinery, as required for production.
• Performs dimensional and visual inspections of completed components using precision measuring instruments to verify specifications, quality standards, and appearance requirements.
• Conducts pre-operation equipment checks to confirm proper setup, alignment, and safe operating condition.
• Makes basic machine adjustments and performs routine equipment maintenance as needed to support safe and efficient production.
• Follows all workplace safety requirements, operating procedures, and established manufacturing standards.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe production environment while identifying and addressing potential workplace hazards.
