Greiner Industries, Inc. in Mount Joy, PA is hiring a 2nd Shift Manual/CNC Machinist. You will operate manual and CNC machines, read blueprints, and set up jobs with minimal supervision.

The role requires precision measuring with calipers and micrometers, strong safety focus, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Overtime, weekends, and travel as needed are part of the job; a $2,500 new hire bonus is available.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual machining equipment including Bridgeport mills, lathes, band saws, and presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Set up machines and complete jobs with minimal supervision.
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and apply problem‑solving skills in real time.
• Keep documentation of part dimensions and any deviations.
• Work safely in a production environment and follow established procedures.

Job Title: 2nd Shift +15% Differential Manual/CNC Machinist

Location: Mount Joy, PA

Schedule: First Shift (Mon-Fri, 6:45 am - 3:15 pm) or Second Shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00 pm - 1:30 am)

Compensation: USD $26.00 – $42.00 per hour

New Hire Bonus: $2,500
