Job summary

BRYANT is seeking experienced CNC machinists in Milwaukee to safely operate CNC lathes and mills, read engineering drawings, and program Mazatrol. You will inspect parts, measure to tolerances, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Ideal candidates will read prints, communicate effectively, and handle 40 lb lifting as part of routine setup and production support. Willingness to perform other duties as assigned. Competitive pay based on experience.

Job description

JOB DUTIES:

• Safely perform all responsibilities with adherence to company policy
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions
• Demonstrate ability to operate CNC lathes, mills, set-up and program
• Proper handling of measurement tools
• Perform side operations as required while CNC is running (e.g. deburring)
• Maintain all equipment in good operating condition
• Report discrepancies in job route times as soon as they are identified
• Fill out scrap report
• Maintain safe and clean work area
• Must have good attendance
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understanding of Mazatrol programming
• Ability to read drawings and effectively communicate
