Job summary

Jobot in Kettering, OH is seeking a detail-driven CNC Machinist to program, set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes, and to interpret blueprints for precision parts. You will ensure dimensional accuracy and quality while working in a climate-controlled environment.

The role is 1st shift with core hours 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, about 45 hours per week and pay between $28 and $38 per hour, plus bonuses and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, models, and specifications.
• Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC Lathes.
• Measure and inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy.

• Troubleshoot issues and resolve tooling challenges.
