Jobot in Huntington Beach seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This permanent role focuses on setting up and operating Fanuc CNC machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality production.

First shift 5:30am–2:00pm or second shift 4:00pm–12:30am. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CNC experience, strong precision, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as CNC machinist in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Fanuc CNC and related software.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fanuc CNC machines (drilling, grinding, milling).
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine specifications.
• Translate instructions into CNC commands.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality.
• Test machine operation for smooth running.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring the efficient running of production. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the manufacturing process, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to producing high-quality products. 1st shift: Monday-Friday 5:30am to 2pm

2nd shift: 4pm-12:30am

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Fanuc CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
• Test operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure machinery efficiency, proper job sequencing, and coordinated workflow.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using Fanuc CNC and Fanuc software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mill and lathe operations.
• Expertise in machine programming and CNC machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
