Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full operation of FLEX CNC Gantry Mill, Monarch CNC 150B VMC, Monarch CNC 5025S VMC, Okuma L300 MYW CNC Lathe
• Load parts on Flex CNC Bed with 2-Ton O.H. Crane
• Setup job fixtures and vises on Flex CNC
• Other CNC equipment (Okuma Lathe w/ prog. ss & live tools, Vertical mills).
• Possible use of manual equipment (lathes, drill press, Bridgeport)
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Complete the First Article Inspection forms for each job
• Work with supervisor to plan jobs accordingly to ensure completion of assignments
• Preform routine maintenance on the machinery
