What We’re Looking For:
️ Mastercam Programming Expertise – Multi-Axis Mills and Multi-Axis Lathes
️ Twin Spindle Twin Turret Setup & Programming – Proven experience leading and optimizing production
️ Machine Experience – HaaS, Doosan, Fanuc-based machines
️ CNC Swiss Lathe Knowledge – STAR or CITIZEN preferred
️ Horizontal Machining Center experience

Your Role:
As a CNC Machinist at SIMS, you will:
Lead a team of setup personnel and operators, ensuring company goals, policies, and standards are met
Set up, program, and troubleshoot multi-axis machines
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints with a high level of accuracy
Troubleshoot mechanical and logistical problems as they arise
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
