WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a CNC Machinist, you set up, program, and operate CNC machines with expert precision, ensuring components meet technical specifications. Each day, you configure machines, load materials, and oversee machining processes while modifying programs for optimal performance. You inspect finished parts with micrometers and calipers, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance, all while maintaining safety standards. Along the way, you bring strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to make your own tools, and the know‑how to run Horizontal and/or VTL lathes, all while mentoring others and consistently meeting tight tolerances.
