Job summary

Miller Brother Staffing is seeking a CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Meadville, PA. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Pay range: $18-$30/hour.

Primary duties include operating CNC Mills and Lathes, reading blueprints, GD&T, and inspecting castings to ensure quality and process compliance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and CNC training or certification. Safety PPE is required; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k) match,

• High school degree or GED is required; must have CNC training and/or be able to certify to meet standards of operation, care and maintenance of equipment.

Miller Brother Staffing is looking for CNC Machinists for a manufacturing company based in Meadville Pa.

POSITION: CNC Machinist

SHIFT: 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift.

PAY:$18 - $30/hour

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Operate CNC machine and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the proper cleaning and preparation of castings as stated in the OMS/process sheet; efficiently inspect castings.

Essential Functions:

• Operate CNC Mills and CNC Lathes
• Reading Blueprints and GD&T.
• Using Micrometers, Calipers, Bore Gages, Height Gages, etc.
• Perform work in accordance with specific job work instructions
• Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy
• Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned

SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school degree or GED is required; must have CNC training and/or be able to certify to meet standards of operation, care and maintenance of equipment.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Basic PPE
• Steel toed safety shoes with metatarsal guard
• Eye protection
• Hearing protection
• Must wear goggles or foam-lined safety glasses during some operations
