Job summary

Baker Manufacturing Co., LLC in Evansville, WI is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for first shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM). You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to produce high-precision components, with Mazak Slant Turn experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Mazak Slant Turn and lathe experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and setup sheets.
• Strong setup, changeover, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently; leadership is a plus.

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Pay: $24–$30/hour, based on experience
Occasional Overtime

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who can confidently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines while producing high-quality precision components. Mazak Slant Turn experience is preferred.

What You’ll DoPerform CNC machine

What We’re Looking For
