CNC Machinist – 1st Shift

Pay: $30.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: New Carlisle, OH

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machinery to produce precision components according to specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Fusion software and CNC machining, along with experience operating Haas and Okuma machines. Strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and experience making machine adjustments are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience as a CNC Machinist
• Fusion software experience is required
• Haas CNC experience is required
• Okuma CNC experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speeds
• Ability to make machine offsets and adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues
