Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience with 6-axis CNC machines.
• Wire EDM experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and machining issues independently.
• Experience with setup and operation (programming experience is a plus but not required).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines including 6-axis equipment
• Support and maintain wire EDM operations
• Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and keep production moving
• Perform machine adjustments, tooling changes, and process optimization
• Assist with R&D initiatives, including equipment improvements and secondary operations
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency
• Maintain quality standards and perform inspections as needed
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines including 6-axis equipment
