NOW HIRING - CNC MACHINIST
PAY: Hourly based on experience
SHIFT: Full time - 1st shift

Position Overview
We are seeking a CNC Machinist experienced in operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills, specifically Haas and Doosan machines. As a key team member, you'll produce intricate components with high accuracy and quality. If you thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and edit programs on 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills, primarily Haas and Doosan
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and GD&T specifications
• Edit CNC machine code as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure specifications are met
• Utilize Proshop ERP system for tracking and documentation
• Embrace automation technologies to improve manufacturing processes

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience setting up 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills (Haas and Doosan experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, GD&T, and technical documents
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Proshop preferred)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
